Entering the cottage into the light and airy kitchen with dining table and chairs to seat 4.  The kitchen is fully equipped with integrated electric oven & grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and comprehensive range of utensils. A washing machine and Tumble Dryer are also provided.   The charming sitting room is equipped with SKY TV/Video and music centre, additionally we provide a selection of videos together with puzzles, games and cards.  Along the corridor is a single bedroom (with pullout bed), Double Bedroom with brass bed, bathroom with shower over, doors to Front Courtyard and the sea.  All the rooms have spectacular sea or panoramic views of Langness Pennisular.  Outside:  Private parking and Gardens, together with outdoor table & chairs.
 

From this unique position you can enjoy the sea views, excellent walking, bird & seal watching, sea fishing and there is a Championship Golf Links course close by.
