Facilities      
Guests are met on arrival and provided with a complimentary 'Welcome Basket' containing essentials such as tea/coffee, milk & sugar and a Manx Preserve.  Should you require an advance shopping service this is also available and full details can be supplied with the booking confirmation.  Essential telephone numbers, (hospital/doctor) together with details of local restaurants, pubs, historic sites, walks, bird watching, transport and general Island information are all provided in the cottage.

We supply iron/ironing board, hair dryer and house cleaning materials.

WEST COTTAGE ONLY - We supply the first basket of logs
(thereafter there is a nearby garage to supply as needed – details in the Cottage).

Heating & Electricity:
This is an inclusive charge for weekly lets.  For longer lets a charge will be made accordingly.

Linen:
All bedding is provided together with one bath towel, one hand towel & T-towels.  Beach towels are also supplied. The bedding is changed weekly.  If you require a cleaning service during the week this should be made known at time of booking and is at a cost of £20 per day.
