Entering the cottage into the charming kitchen with slate tiled floor & wood topped surfaces, the kitchen is fully equipped with integrated electric oven & grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee machine and comprehensive range of utensils.   Off the kitchen you enter the large & spacious, living/dining room with vaulted beamed ceiling, and wood burning stove, the Living room is equipped with SKY TV/DVD/Video and music centre, additionally we provide a selection of videos & DVDs together with puzzles, games and cards. The dining area has a dining table and chairs to seat 4.  Leading from the Living room is the Double Bedroom with brass bed, the Twin Bedroom with brass beds and a large bathroom with separate shower. The front hall leads to the courtyard and the sea, has coat hanging space and separate w/c. All the rooms have spectacular sea or panoramic views of Langness Pennisular.  Outside:  Private parking and Gardens, together with outdoor table & chairs.
 

From this unique position you can enjoy the sea views, excellent walking, bird & seal watching, sea fishing and there is a Championship Golf Links course close by.
